    We went Friday night at 8:17 pm on April 19th, 2019 ( that’s important so the manager on duty can get more training). We were greeted with “is this here or to go” not with hi, welcome etc. Our order was wrong even after I restated our order when it was read back incorrectly. The manager brought our food out and slammed the trays down and said “enjoy “ as she was walking away with her back to us. We called after her asking about the fries and if biscuits were supposed to come with the chicken dinners. She didn’t say anything but kept walking. She returned with my husbands biscuit in a bag and blurted out that I wasn’t charged for the fries and if I wanted them I would have to pay for them ( I didn’t have a problem paying for them, it was her attitude that I had a problem with). At the end of the meal, I got up to use the restroom, the door was locked so I waited. After a few minutes, I knocked on the door with no response from inside. I went to the counter to inform them there was a problem with the door or someone inside with a problem. I was informed that the manager on duty makes them lock the bathroom doors in the evening. Really?? My first experience at a Popeyes and I don’t think I’ll be back.

    got to the window and they opened it up to ask about our dipping sauce (which they got wrong after we repeated it) upon opening the window to give us the wrong order, the place smelled strongly of pot. chicken was good tho ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    My last visit was during the busy times of the lunch rush. The customer service was friendly, respectable and patient. As usual, the chicken was fresh and tasty. The dining area was clean. The only negative: At times when there are new employees being trained, small mistakes were made.

    Their chicken is one of the best I have ever had. I have been in the place for a couple of times and I'm quite impressed with their consistency in terms of customer service and food quality.

    I luv popeyes but its something about their chicken breasts that are dry.It doesn't even matter if it's hot its dry I don't know what they could do about it because I have been to three different ones lately and they all were dry.So maybe someone will read this and try something different to address the siutation.I still luv popeyes.
